Area 27 Public Experiences

Drift. Jump. Slide. Repeat.

Looking for a standout thing to do in the Okanagan? Rally Kart puts you behind the wheel of a single-seat off-road kart on a loose-surface course built for slides, jumps, changing traction and pure driving fun near Oliver, British Columbia.

It feels very different from ordinary pavement go-karting. Beginners are welcome, experienced drivers will still find the course rewarding, and the goal is vehicle control and enjoyment rather than chasing a clock or racing wheel-to-wheel.

Why People Love Rally Kart

Small inputs, big smiles

Loose-surface driving is fun because the kart is always talking back. Every corner gives you another chance to balance steering and throttle, catch a slide, feel the suspension work and build confidence one lap at a time.

Unlike pavement karting, Rally Kart uses a loose-surface course where steering, throttle and suspension movement constantly change the kart's balance. There is no wheel-to-wheel racing and no clock to chase; the focus is control, confidence and fun.

  • Balance steering and throttle on loose ground
  • Feel the suspension work over bumps and small jumps
  • Build confidence without wheel-to-wheel racing
  • Share friendly rivalry with family, friends or coworkers

Built for Loose-Surface Driving

The karts are part of the fun

Built for loose-surface driving, Rally Karts combine rear-wheel-drive balance, independent suspension, hydraulic brakes and an automatic CVT. The single-seat layout keeps the driver focused on steering, throttle and the kart's movement.

The 350cc four-stroke karts include electric start, safety belts, side netting and a kill switch. Area 27 staff manage operation, course conditions and safety procedures; Rally Kart is not sold as a speed contest.
