Meeting rooms and corporate retreats in the Okanagan

A Meeting Venue With A Better View

Bring meetings, retreats, presentations and hosted celebrations together in an 11,000-square-foot clubhouse with flexible rooms, a full-service kitchen, the Finish Line Bar and sweeping South Okanagan views.

A corporate retreat people want to attend

Meet, Present, Dine And Connect In One Place

We give meetings a genuine sense of place. Floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light and broad South Okanagan views create an immediate change from a conventional hotel boardroom. The clubhouse can support leadership sessions, sales meetings, training, board retreats, product presentations, recognition events and multi-part corporate programs.

The 11,000-square-foot clubhouse can accommodate up to 60 guests indoors, while the 2,500-square-foot wrap-around patio can accommodate up to 60 guests outdoors.

A classroom, showroom, lounge areas, bar and terrace can be scheduled together so the agenda moves naturally between focused work, breakout conversations, meals and a scheduled daytime reception.

Wi-Fi and five 65-inch monitors can support briefings and presentations. Food and beverage requirements, room setup and approved suppliers are confirmed with the Area 27 team for each program.

Flexible rooms with practical support

Build The Venue Around The Agenda

The showroom can anchor a keynote, company presentation or recognition program. The classroom gives smaller groups a focused place for training and workshops, while lounge areas and the patio create natural settings for private conversations, refreshments and informal networking.

  • Wi-Fi, five 65-inch monitors and clubhouse audio-visual equipment
  • Flexible classroom, showroom, lounge, bar and patio spaces
  • Full-service kitchen with food and beverage planning
  • Generous parking and arrival space for guests and event suppliers
  • Food, beverage and approved event suppliers

Furniture is supplied in the clubhouse's standard arrangement. Alternative layouts, staging, signage, displays, decorations and specialist supplier requirements should be discussed during planning so delivery, setup, power, access and removal requirements can be coordinated before the event.

One venue, a complete guest experience

From The First Presentation To The Final Session

Use distinct areas of the clubhouse to give each part of the day its own atmosphere, while keeping guests, hospitality and event support together on one private South Okanagan property.

Hospitality Beside The Program

Keep beverage service and informal conversation close to the meeting rooms so guests can move easily between the formal agenda and relaxed hospitality.

Plan the whole day

Make Every Transition Feel Intentional

A well-planned event can begin with coffee and registration, move into a presentation or workshop, divide into smaller conversations, return for lunch, and finish with a scheduled patio reception. Keeping those moments on one property reduces travel and lets the guest experience build throughout the day.

The Area 27 team will review the date, guest count, preferred spaces, food and beverage, furniture plan, presentation needs, supplier access and setup schedule before preparing a proposal. For relationship-focused programs, explore client hospitality; for activity-led retreats, see team building at Area 27.

Break up the agenda

Turn A Meeting Day Into A Shared Experience

Use the clubhouse and classroom for focused work, then change the pace with an optional driving activity. The meeting, hospitality and activity schedule can all remain on the Area 27 property.

Arrive & Drive

Meet, Then Drive

Follow a presentation or workshop with a coached Arrive & Drive session. For a full-day option, the Motorsports Mixer combines Area 27 circuit driving with Chevrolet ZR2 trucks at Birds of Prey Off-Road Park.

Off-road and multi-activity

Finish Somewhere Unexpected

Close the working session with guided off-road driving, Rally Kart or Kartplex. A Kartplex and Rally Kart rotation offers two contrasting activities and can keep the experience accessible to a mixed group.

Mix and match

A practical format is a morning meeting, hosted lunch and afternoon Kartplex or Rally Kart session. Groups seeking a larger experience can use the full-day Motorsports Mixer instead.
