The 11,000-square-foot clubhouse can accommodate up to 60 guests indoors, while the 2,500-square-foot wrap-around patio can accommodate up to 60 guests outdoors.

A classroom, showroom, lounge areas, bar and terrace can be scheduled together so the agenda moves naturally between focused work, breakout conversations, meals and a scheduled daytime reception.

Wi-Fi and five 65-inch monitors can support briefings and presentations. Food and beverage requirements, room setup and approved suppliers are confirmed with the Area 27 team for each program.

Furniture is supplied in the clubhouse's standard arrangement. Alternative layouts, staging, signage, displays, decorations and specialist supplier requirements should be discussed during planning so delivery, setup, power, access and removal requirements can be coordinated before the event.
