Physician Completed Examination Package
This is the medical package completed by a licensed medical practitioner when ORRA 27 requires a physician examination for a racing or lapping license.
What The Physician Reviews
The physician package asks the examining doctor to review the applicant thoroughly and provide a recommendation only when confident in the applicant's fitness for motorsport competition.
- Examining physician information, clinic details, physician stamp, address, and phone.
- Heart and cardiovascular review, including ECG notes where applicable.
- Physical or mental conditions that could affect holding a motorsport competition license.
- Movement limitations, eye disease or disorders, corrective lenses, vision test confirmation, blood pressure, and tetanus date.
- Condition notes and the physician's recommendation on fitness to drive a racing vehicle in competitive events at high speeds.
The PDF is the official package. Applicants should complete the self-declaration first and bring the correct physician package to a licensed medical practitioner when required.
