What This Package Covers
The self-declaration package asks applicants to review their health, vision, medical history, medication use, and any conditions that could affect safe motorsport participation.
It is part of ORRA 27's license review process. It does not replace the physician-completed package when a medical examination is required.
Medical Examination Schedule Listed In The Package
Applicants 16 to 59Physician-completed medical package every five years.
Applicants 60 to 69Physician-completed medical package every two years.
Applicants 70 and olderPhysician-completed medical package every year.
Health Areas Reviewed
- Eyesight standards, visual acuity, binocular vision, colour vision, and contact lens suitability.
- Neurological, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, metabolic, psychiatric, respiratory, allergy, pregnancy, and other health conditions that may affect motorsport eligibility.
- Applicant information, current medications, health-condition checkboxes, condition notes, and applicant declaration.
