What The Online Declaration Covers

The online self-declaration asks applicants to review their health, vision, medical history, medication use, and any conditions that could affect safe motorsport participation.

It is part of ORRA 27's licence review process. Every applicant must also provide the physician-completed package; the schedule below determines its renewal interval.

Medical Examination Schedule Listed In The Package

Applicants 50 and underPhysician-completed medical package every five years.
Applicants 51 to 65Physician-completed medical package every two years.
Applicants 66 and olderPhysician-completed medical package every year.

Health Areas Reviewed

  • Eyesight standards, visual acuity, binocular vision, colour vision, and contact lens suitability.
  • Neurological, cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, metabolic, psychiatric, respiratory, allergy, pregnancy, and other health conditions that may affect motorsport eligibility.
  • Applicant information, current medications, health-condition checkboxes, condition notes, and applicant declaration.

Complete the self-declaration in the online licence application; a separate paper copy is not required. Download the physician package, have it completed and signed by your doctor, retain it, and upload the current signed copy with each annual application or renewal.
